Initial Comments:
A follow-up survey conducted on March 14, 2022, found that Comforcare Home-Care Chester-County South, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 28, 2021.
